Recently, Indian women’s cricket team captain Mithali Raj was honored at Pullella Gopichand Badminton Academy, at Hyderabad.

She has got a gift, a black BMW 320d car by V Chamundeswaranath, a former chief selector of the junior Indian cricket team for leading India to  finish at the ICC Women’s World Cup in England in July.

Speaking at the Occasion, V Chamundeswaranath said she deserves this honor and also congratulates the entire team for such great performance.

Interesting thing is that this is not the first time when he has represented her a car. Earlier, he had gifted a Chevrolet car to her in 2007.

While the Telangana government has already announced a cash prize of Rs 1 crore and a house plot to Mithali.
